I’ve added the very first official stills from the upcoming thriller “The Box”! The movie stars Cameron Diaz, James Marsden and Frank Langella, and will hit cinemas sometime in the coming fall. Apart from the four photos, you can also read a brand new interview about the movie below, originally posted in USA Today. A big thanks to S for contributing some of the pictures. Filmmaker Richard Kelly prides himself on thinking so far outside the box that major chunks of the Internet are devoted to deconstructing his intentionally murky movies.

His desire to bewilder has earned him a certified cult classic (2001’s Donnie Darko) and an unmitigated flop (2007’s Southland Tales), but no direct hit.

For his third big-screen feat, the 32-year-old USC film-school grad is not only thinking inside the box. He is actually making The Box, complete with his first major studio (Warner Bros.) and an A-list star (Cameron Diaz) on board.

“God bless Cameron Diaz. The second she signed on, our lives changed in a great way,” Kelly says on location at NASA’s Langley Research Center. (more…)

Yesterday, right after the 80th Annual Academy Awards, Jimmy Kimmel revealed his revenge-video for his girlfriend Sarah Silverman. Earlier this year she had this to say to Kimmel, who took help from big stars such as Cameron Diaz, Brad Pitt, Robin Williams, Don Cheadle, Christina Applegate, Rebecca Romijn, Joan Jett and Joel & Benji Madden with his revenge. The clip is so hilarious, you don’t want to miss it! I’ve uploaded the video to the archive as well as 23 screen captures to the gallery. Enjoy!

I’ve added over 200 images from yesterday’s 80th Annual Academy Awards! I really love Cameron’s look, she look very glamorous yet very “Cameron”. She didn’t attend any after parties because she had to go up early and work (perhaps on “My Sister’s Keeper”?) this morning, she said at a red carpet-interview. Videos of Cami presenting the award for Best Cinematography (a word she had a bit of trouble pronouncing ;)) and clips from the red carpet - and possibly more pictures - from yesterday’s event are coming soon! The gallery now contains 264 images from this year’s Oscars.

Cameron has arrived to the 2008 Oscars! She’s looking absolutely fantastic, and for those who’re interested, she’s wearing a light pink Dior-dress with jewelry from Bulgari. ;) I’ve added the very first 22 36 48 photos to the gallery, stay tuned as more will be coming soon! I haven’t been able to find anything from the supposed big pre-Oscar party last night. However, I have found another set of good photos from the rehearsals of tonight’s big ceremony! Cameron will present the award for Achievement in Cinematography (see the nominations here). I guess I speak for everyone when I say that I wonder how Cami will look tonight. Thanks to CD Fan, I can provide you with a snippet from an article about how Cameron will get to the Kodak Theater where it all will take place.

UPDATE: I’ve added two photos from a pre-Oscar party Cameron attended on February 21 where she also celebrated best friend Drew Barrymore’s birthday!

Demonstrating her continued dedication to the exploration of environmentally sustainable energies, Cameron Diaz will be traveling to the 80th Annual Academy Awards ceremony in the BMW Hydrogen 7 Series. The BMW H7 is the first hydrogen-powered luxury sedan, which emits almost nothing but water vapor, and still features all the amenities and comfort of a BMW 7 Series.

Diaz, who will present on the awards telecast, has been a leading advocate of environmental issues over the past five years by working with organizations such as the NRDC, Global Green, The Climate Project, and Live Earth.
