>“What Happens in Vegas” third weekend box office results

Three weekends later and “What Happens in Vegas” is still going strong at the box office, as the surprise-hit took in another $9 million in it’s third weekend. This leaves the movie with an estimated domestic gross of $56 million (and about $117 worldwide)! It’s safe to say that the movie is a hit, since it has grossed more than three times the original budget. Congratulations Cameron & Ashton! ;) The total list of the top 5 movies at the box office this weekend can be seen below.

1. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - $101 million
2. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian - $23 million
3. Iron Man - $20.1 million
4. What Happens in Vegas - $9 million
5. Speed Racer - $3.9 million

>Cameron goes bald for “My Sister’s Keeper”

Yes, Cameron was seen with absolutely no hair on her head on the set of “My Sister’s Keeper” yesterday. And no, she didn’t shave it for real, it was just a bald cap. However it did look quite genuine and I can’t wait to see this movie. More photos from the set are coming soon!

Romantic comedy “What Happens in Vegas” (starring Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher) continued to surprise at the box office in the second weekend, taking in an estimated $13.8 million! The movie is once again beating “Speed Racer”, this time with almost twice as many sold tickets. Below is the list of this weekend’s most succesful movies, from the always great MovieWeb.com.

1) The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian $56.5 million
2) Iron Man $31.2 million
3) What Happens in Vegas $13.8 million
4) Speed Racer $7.6 million
5) Baby Mama $4.5 million

I’m sorry for the lack of updates in the past few days, I’ve simply been busy with other things. The annual list of Maxim magazine’s Hot 100 women has been revealed, and Cameron came in at #26. Model Marisa Miller was named The hottest woman, with Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel rounding up the top 3. Read what Maxim had to say about Cami in the extract below.

Much has been made about how the What Happens in Vegas star is just one of the guys in real life, but really, when was the last time youâ€™d hack off a limb to take a shower with â€œone of the guysâ€? According to Cameron, her upringing may be the root of this tomboyish rep. â€œI grew up with a lot of boys,â€ she explains. â€œI probably have a lot of testosterone for a woman.â€ Cameron, we sincerely doubt that.

Cover of UK Cosmopolitan - June 2008 Cameron currently graces the cover of the June issue of UK Cosmopolitan with the headline “Cameron’s Secrets - Men, Love and Her One Regret”. The magazine features a brand new photoshoot (also used in some of the magazines previously mentioned) as well as a new interview. Stay tuned to CameronFan.com as scans are coming very soon! Cameron Diaz “had to have work on her nose” after a 2005 surfing accident but, she tells the U.K. Cosmopolitan in its June issue: “I’d never do anything else. I think beauty comes from the inside.” She continues “I feel I get better with age … I look at pictures of myself when I was 21 and think, ‘Wow, I didn’t look so bad.’ But I take more care of myself now, so in a way I feel like I look better than I did then …. I feel stronger and more confident.”

To her chagrin, she’s still battling the occasional breakout, though. “Sometimes I’ll look in the mirror and be like, ‘Damn, where did that that come from?’ Seriously! I’m 35 years old. When is this going to stop?!”

Diaz, whose exes include Justin Timberlake, also isn’t sure marriage lies in her future. “There are a lot of ways to approach commitment and relationships â€“ and marriage is just one of them,” she told the magazine. “I think partnerships are a wonderful thing in whatever form they take, and I definitely want that in my life, whether or not it’s in the traditional sense.”
